 Confidential Survey on Customer Care

This survey will provide confidential feedback on perceptions of how TECOM delivers customer service.  Your answers will be anonymously mixed with those of other clients to generate a report on TECOM's key strengths and challenges in building ideal customer relationships.

As you take the survey, please think about the last 3-6 weeks and your experiences with TECOM staff.
